Dozens of families have left feeling prepared and confident

What nobody warns you about

Breastfeeding is natural.
But it doesn't always feel that way.

Most new moms are caught off guard — not by the love, but by how hard those first days can feel. The pain, the uncertainty, the 3am spiral of "is my baby getting enough?" None of it means something is wrong with you. It means you weren't prepared. And that's fixable.

😰

"Nobody told me it would hurt."

Pain during feeding usually comes from a fixable latch issue. Knowing what a deep latch looks like before you deliver changes everything about those first hours.

😟

"I thought my supply disappeared."

Most early supply worries aren't supply problems at all — they're milk removal problems. Totally fixable, if you know the difference ahead of time.

😩

"My baby fed non-stop for hours."

Cluster feeding, sleepy babies, feeding every 45 minutes — all completely normal. But it feels like a crisis when you weren't expecting it and don't know what to do.

💙

"My partner felt helpless."

Partners who are informed and involved make a real difference in breastfeeding outcomes. This class is built for both of you — intentionally.

"

Tietra has been a huge part of our breastfeeding journey. She helped us figure out latching and navigate our daughter's disorganized sucking pattern — and helped her relearn after a tongue tie procedure.

Common questions

We thought you
might be wondering…

Not at all — this class is designed for expecting moms who want to prepare before baby arrives. Prenatal is the ideal time because you'll have space to absorb the information before the sleepless newborn stretch begins.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Your $97 covers both of you. Partners who are informed and involved make a real, measurable difference in how breastfeeding goes. There's a full module specifically on how they can help.
Anywhere in your second or third trimester is ideal — most attendees come between 28 and 36 weeks. Early enough to absorb the material, close enough that it all feels relevant and real.
We recommend attending live so you can participate in Tietra's Q&A directly — that's one of the most valuable parts. If you have specific questions about access, reach out before registering and we'll do our best to help.
Not at all. Many moms who struggled before come back wanting a stronger foundation this time. Every baby is different — and even experienced moms frequently say they wish they had this class before their first.
A single private lactation consultation typically runs $150–$250 or more — and that's reactive support in the hardest stretch. This class is proactive preparation with an IBCLC who has 20+ years of experience, for less than most OB co-pays. Moms who attend consistently say it's one of the best investments they made before their baby came home.
It's a branded summary guide Tietra emails to all attendees after class. Not a textbook — just the essential information in a clean, practical format you can actually pull up at 3am when you need a quick answer.

Your baby deserves a
mom who feels ready.

Don't let the first days catch you off guard. One morning with Tietra can change everything about how you experience breastfeeding.
